Owner-led remodeling across the DMV.

NexGen Homes was founded by Steven Avalos, who brings more than 10 years of experience in construction management, field operations, and insurance restoration, including leading commercial projects from start to closeout.

That same discipline goes into every home we work on: a clear scope, an itemized written price, an organized schedule, and a clean job site. Steven leads every project personally, from the first walkthrough and proposal to the final punch list.

Our crew is a trusted team of experienced tile setters, carpenters, painters, and roofers, along with licensed plumbers and electricians who pull permits where the work requires them.

We specialize in bathroom remodeling, including accessible bathrooms for homeowners who plan to stay in their homes for years to come, and we also handle kitchens, basements, flooring, decks, and full-home renovations.
